✔ Be at least 18 years old or have a parent/guardian or substitute decision-maker arrange Services on your behalf.
✔ Provide accurate and complete information when registering or requesting care.
✔ Agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients (or their representatives) agree to:
✔ Provide accurate medical, health, and personal information necessary for safe care.
✔ Ensure a safe environment for staff providing Services in the home.
✔ Treat caregivers, staff, and other clients with respect and dignity.
✔ Notify us promptly of any changes to health status, emergency contacts, or care needs.
4. Scheduling and Cancellations
✔ Service times are arranged in advance.
✔ Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
✔ Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in fees or adjustments to your service agreement.
5. Fees and Payments
✔ Service fees are communicated at the time of booking or in your service agreement.
✔ Payments are due as outlined in your invoice or contract.
✔ Late or missed payments may result in suspension of Services.
6. Privacy and Confidentiality
Your personal and health information is handled in accordance with our
Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described there.
7. Limitation of Liability
We strive to provide safe, reliable, and professional care. However, Morecare Solutions.
is not liable for:
✔ Incidents or injuries caused by circumstances outside of our staff’s control.
✔ Third-party products, equipment, or services not provided directly by us.
✔ Temporary interruptions of website or communication systems.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Services directly related to the claim.
8. No Emergency or Medical Services
Our Services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. In case of an emergency, always call 911 or seek immediate medical attention.
